Open the tester page, tap Become a tester, then install from Google Play.

More than one Google account on your phone? On the tester page, tap the round picture at the top right and pick the account your Play Store uses.
Please be patient: after joining, Google Play can take from a few minutes up to a few hours to show you the app. If it says "Item not found", that's normal: try again a bit later.
Please keep it installed for at least 2 weeks and play a game or two. Tell us what you loved and what was confusing: it really helps us launch!
